Federal & Public Sector Services
Our past and present projects include fire protection engineering and consulting work for Federal and New York State agencies, including the General Services Administration (GSA), Air National Guard, and the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).
We perform services both directly for government clients and as a subcontractor to architectural, engineering, and construction teams. Project experience includes building and system surveys, floor renovations, complete system overhauls and installations, and third-party acceptance inspections.
Engineering & Consulting Support
- Fire protection engineering services as prime consultant or subcontractor
- Peer review of architectural and engineering design for fire protection implementation
- Review and validation of fire alarm, sprinkler, special suppression, and related system shop drawings
- Construction-phase field support and coordination through approval processes
Inspection Services
- Support for construction teams during the construction phase
- Progress inspections and final pre-approval inspection and testing as part of the installation team
- Third-party acceptance inspections performed on behalf of the Authorities Having Jurisdiction
